Program Overview
With families at the forefront of education, it is our job as educators to make sure the best customer service is provided in order to create an environment that fosters positive school culture. This session challenges school and LEA administrators , leadership teams, teachers, federal programs staff, counselors, PFE coordinators/liaisons, and ESC staff to look at the culture and climate of an organization as it relates to the “customer.” Through activities and lively discussion, attendees will learn how to improve relationships, increase parent and family engagement, and positively impact student success by providing outstanding customer service.
